As a student, I've useed MS Word to write papers and to make signs. That's basically all I ever used it for. Teachers use MS Word to create quizzes and test. They also use it to type up documents for themselves. I don't remember my teachers using MS for anything more than that. If they did, I never noticed.

As a teacher, I would use MS Word to create tests and quizzes. I would also use it for handouts or worksheets. The other thing I would use it for is to send nice letters home to parents. Maybe later on in this class, I will learn other creative ways to use it.

I have learned a couple of new things since I've been in this class. The merging letters task I just learned will be very useful in my educational career. It will help me create letters to send home to parents in a reasonable amount of time. I've also learned how to format a quiz correctly. This will be very important in my career because I will have to make quizzes all the time.
